Lunch: 1/2-lb burger patty with jalapeno peppers and cheese, tomato, and onion, side salad with bleu cheese dressing

Dinner: chicken breast sauteed with stirfry veggies in a cream sauce (1 tbsp flour for 3 people), low-carb chocolate/salted caramel ice cream

7:45 PM (snack): 25 grams Montezuma's Absolute Black with almonds & sea salt

3:38 AM [Had to drive my daughter up to LA to catch a flight to The Gambia) (FBG, before breakfast): 106
Breakfast: avocado, Amylu Andouille chicken sausage, coffee with heavay cream

8:40 AM [at The Daily Grill across from the Burbank Airport, where I ha meetings all day] (second breakfast): scramble (sausage, bacon, spinach, eggs, with pico de gallo), sliced tomatoes dressed with olive oil and black pepper, coffee

12:13 PM (before lunch): 89
Lunch: artichoke hearts, sliced black olives, fried paneer, mozzarella cheese balls in pesto, spiced pecans (it was a salad bar at my meeting)

6:29 PM (before dinner): 83
Dinner: salmon filet, asparagus spears, pesto; 9 oz. cabernet sauvignon

[went to bed at 8:30; forgot to test]

Average for the day: 93

2:30 PM-ish (wine tasting): 5 oz. red wine

Dinner: chicken breast sauteed with onions and peppers, 1.5 oz. cheddar, 1/4 cup mixed nuts
