Dinner: 1/2-lb 73/27 burger patty, grilled mushrooms, 2 squares Ghirardelli 100% baking chocolate

Then over to my sister-in-law's house, for Easter: about a cup of broccoli, 1 poached egg, a slice of deli ham, a slice of deli roast beef, a small piece of matzo casserole (maybe an 1/8 of a slice of matzo, a little cheese, a little marinara sauce, some pesto)
