Saturday, November 4 (somewhere in Los Angeles Thursday evening, my glucometer and food/BG diary fell out of my bag and were lost):

6:57 AM (FBG, before breakfast): 104
Breakfast: avocado, Kirkland beef hot dog, kale, Carbmaster white chocolate/raspberry yogurt, coffee with heavy cream
9:08 AM: 94

11:57 AM (before lunch): 92
Lunch: egg salad (3 eggs, onion, celery, mayo), mixed lettuces, 50 grams “Simply Lite” 50% dark chocolate (sweetened with sugar alcohols, a gift), 1/4 cup mixed nuts, 1 oz. cinnamon vodka
2:26 PM: 102

5:00 PM-ish: 1 oz. cinnamon vodka

7:43 PM (before dinner): 76
Dinner: Kirkland beef hot dog, low-carb chocolate ice cream, 2 slices Swiss cheese
9:32 PM: 90

Average for the day: 93

Macronutrients: 77 grams carbs (23 grams fiber), 142 grams fat, 78 grams protein

Sorry to hear about your loss. Somewhere in LA is a big search area. Meters are easily replaceable, but the diary is not. If not fortunate enough to find your diary, it may be time consuming, but you do have a very good log here to recapture the information.

No worries: I keep an electronic log of my BGs on SugarStats, and a record of my food intake on MyFitnessPal.com.

7:15 PM (dinner): grilled Louisiana hot, lettuce and cucumber salad, low-carb berry ice cream; 1/3 bar Montezuma Absolut Black 100% cacao, 1 oz. TJ's egg nog liquer

Average for the day: 110

BGs have been awfully high the past few days. I think I'm fighting off some kind of infection.
