Lunch: salad (shrimp, 2 h.b. eggs, pesto, cole slaw mix, tbsp mayonnaise), 1/3 bar Montezuma's Absolute Black

3:05 PM (snack): 1/4 cup TJ's dry roasted, saled macadamias

6:56 PM (before dinner): 99
Dinner: Kirklan rotisserie chicken, lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, red wine, 1/4 cup salted mixed nuts, 1 Sanders dark chocolate salted caramel.

Breakfast: avocado, TJ's spicy Italian chicken sausage, Carbmaster blueberry muffin yogurt, coffee with tbsp heavy cream
8:28 AM: 114

11:31 AM (before lunch): 98
Lunch: salad (lettuce, chicken, 2 slices pepperjack, bell peppers, chives, Sriracha Ranch), last of the Kirkland nut bars
2:16 PM: 119

Then snack: 1/3 bar Montezuma's Absolute Black

7:14 PM (before dinner): 92
Dinner: ground lamb sauteed with onion and bell pepper, over steamed cauliflower, 1/8 low-carb cheesecake, Truly Spiked & Sparkling water, 1/4 cup salted, mixed nuts

Average for the day: 106

Then snack: 1/8 low-carb cheesecake, low-carb berry ice cream

Lunch (at the Hart Winery in Temecula, checking out wines for our son's upcoming wedding): 4 oz. roast chicken breast, 1 oz. Columbus low-sodium Italian salami, 2 oz. Manchego, 1 slice Muenster, romaine, 6 oz. wine (a variety; we bought a case of their Barbera)

4:54 PM (before dinner): 90
Dinner: leftovers from lunch: 4 oz. roast chicken breast, 1 oz. Columbus low-sodium Italian salami, 2 oz. Manchego, 1 slice Muenster, 1/4 cup mixed nuts, 1/8 low-carb cheesecake with 1/4 cup blueberries.

Lunch: salad (leftover steak, tomatoes, lettuce, green olives), 1/3 bar Montezumas Absolute Black

3:30 PM (snack): 1/2 bag (3/8 oz.) El Sabroso Hot & Spicy pork rinds


4:10 (another snack): TJ's handful dry roasted almonds
