Forgot to stop at Trader Joe's on Friday, but have another appointment near there on Monday. I did pick up some spicy chicken sausage at Aldi's so will try that first. I love chicken, so the only thing about this that I might not like is the texture. We will find out.

At this point, I'm skipping the Kind bars and instead packaging 1/4 cup of pecans (or walnuts) into those little snack bags. Will revisit the Kind bars when the weather cools down.

You inspired me to try out Ghirardelli and it is definitely better than regular baking chocolate! Much smoother, less grainy.

Then I stumbled on Ghirardelli 86%, which strangely enough has roughly the same carbs, 15g of carbs per 45g. I am really enjoying it, and 1 square is very satisfying.

Thanks for the recommendation!

Stopped at Trader Joe's yesterday. The garlic herb chicken sausage is outstanding. Haven't tried the spicy italian yet. I love Ghirardelli, but chances are, I would eat the whole package, so best not to get it. The smaller avocados were also better. Standard individually sold ones are just too much for a meal unless I split it between breakfast and lunch.
