I use My Fitness Pal (www(.)myfitnesspal(.)com). They have an Android app, as well (they may have an iOS app, too, but I have an Android phone). I prefer the desktop version; my son uses the app on his phone. IIRC, the app lets you scan a food label to extract information. Otherwise, their database of foods and nutrition information is enormous.
