12:30 PM (before lunch): 102
Lunch: burger patty with cheese, tomato, onion, and 1,000-island dressing, roasted veggies (zucchini, bell peppers, mushrooms)

6:19 PM (before dinner): 92
Dinner: roast beef, sauteed zucchini, 2 oz. triple-cream brie, coffee with heavy cream
8:26 PM: 101

Then snack: low-carb pumpkin ice cream with whipped cream

Average for the day: 101

Macronutrients: 54 grams carbs (19 grams fiber), 146 grams fat, 98 grams protein

6:56 AM (FBG, before breakfast): 115
Breakfast: avocado, low-carb pumpkin ice cream, coffee

10:00 AM: two bites pumpkin & pecan crumble tart (1/4 serving; 13 grams carbs), coffee with heavy cream and 1 oz. Irish whiskey

12:36 PM (before lunch): 103
Lunch: 2 oz. Genoa salami, 2 oz. triple-cream brie, 1/4 bar Montezuma's Absolute Black

4:18 PM (before dinner): 107
Dinner (virtually all cooked by our son, yesterday): 4 oz. turkey breast (turkeys smoked on the BBQ); roasted onion, bell peppers, and garlic; sauteed country greens with fried Genoa salami garnish;, 1/4 cup mixed nuts, Truly spiked & sparkling water (blueberry & acai flavor)
6:46 PM: 109

Then snack: shot Crown Royal salted caramel Canadian whisky

Average for the day: 109

10:35 AM (snack): two-bite pumpkin tart wiht pecan crumble

1:12 PM (before lunch): 96
Lunch (at our favorite Nepalese restaurant): lentil soup (1 cup), chicken kabob, chicken fried with onion and bell peppers, 1/2 bottle Black Yak (dark lager)

5:19 PM (before dinner): 104
Dinner: sliced turkey with melted cheddar, turkey soup with leftover roast vegetables, 1 tbsp homemade cranberry sauce, coffee with heavy cream, 1 square Montezuma's Absolute Black

7:35 PM (snack): Sweet Freedom vanilla crunch bar
7:36 PM: 107

8:15 PM (snack): 2 oz. cinnamon vodka

6:30 PM (before dinner): 95
Dinner: 1.5 oz. roasted tritip, 18 or so grilled asparagus spears, coffee with heavy cream, Carbmaster banana cream pie yogurt

Average for the day: 107

Dinner: toppings off two slices of pizza (over lettuce greens), low-carb blueberry ice cream, 1/4 cup mixed nuts
9:18 PM: 111

10:00 PM (snack): low-carb chocolate/peanut butter ice cream (at dinner time, had just been put into the freezer)

Dinner: Swiss cheese omelet, AmyLu Andouille chicken sausage, 1/4 bar Montezuma's Absolute Black, 2 oz. Irish whiskey

Later snack: toppings of two last slices of leftover pizza

Average for the day: 113
