8:20 AM (snack): coffee with salted caramel Canadian whisky

10:15 AM (snack): 1/16 wheel brie, 1/4 bar Montezuma's Absolute Black

11:10 AM (snack): 2 Brazil nuts

12:13 PM (before lunch): 100
Lunch: Amylu chicken Andouille sausage, 2 slices cheddar, Southern greens blend, low-carb lemon ice cream, 1 oz. Irish whiskey

Midafternoon snack: Sanders dark chocolate salted caramel (1 piec)

5:18 PM (before dinner): 81
Dinner (game night with some friends): Truly spiked & sparkling, pepperoncini and olives, cherry tomato 4 oz. gyros meat with garlic sauce, Greek salad, 2 oz. Irish whiskey
9:14 PM: 92

Average for the day: 98

9:45 AM (snack): coffee with heavy cream

12:10 (snack): 1 oz. Irish whiskey

12:28 PM (before lunch): 91
Lunch: Andouille chicken sausage, toppings
off 1/4 pizza (3 slices), 1/4 cup mixed nuts, 2 slices California Select cheddar

4:04 PM (snack): 1.5 oz. Irish whiskey

6:34 PM (before dinner): 89
Dinner: grilled adobado chicken and beef, lettuce greens, sour cream, coffee with heavy cream, 3 baked french fries
9:36 PM: 105

Average for the day: 100

Macronutrients: 30 grams carbs (14 grams fiber), 106 grams fat, 84 grams protein

[Left my meter in our room]

1:15 PM (lunch, at Karl Strauss Brewery): Chop Chop chicken salad (Gorgonzola, avocado, beer-brined bacon, piquillo and poblano peppers, cilantro, carrots, tomato, corn tortilla strips, romaine, mixed lettuce, and chili Ranch dressing), without the tortilla strips, pint Follow the Sun pilsner

1:48 PM (snack): Truly spiked & sparkling water

3:25 PM (before dinner (Christmas potluck, at my sister-in-law's): 83
Dinner: 2 oz. ham, 3 slices turkey ham, 1/8 wheel brie, homemade pozole broth (avoided the hominy), 1 jalapeno popper, 1/4 cup almond/cashew meal loaf (vegan dish by a niece), 1/2 cup raw boccoli florets
7:24 PM: 97

Snack: 2 oz. ham, 1/16 wheel brie

9:30 PM (snack): 6 pieces Lay's Poppables (1/5 serving; 3 grams carbs)

Average for the day: 99
