Lunch: Karl Strauss chop chop chicken salad (but I forgot to ask them to leave out the tortilla chips)

Midafternoon (snack): 2 oz. vanilla vodka

6:25 PM (before dinner): 106
Dinner: Amylu Andouille chicken sausage, Carbmaster strawberry/pomegranate yogurt, omelet over lettuce greens, 1/4 bar Montezuma's Absolute Black
8:22 PM: 104

Then snack: 2 oz. Korbel brandy

Average for the day: 108
