Lunch: salad (tomatoes, green olives, Swiss, salami, pepperoni, lettuce), 1/4 bar Montezuma's Absolute Black

7:09 PM (before dinner): 89
Dinner: grilled eye-of-round, cucumber-and-lettuce salad, low-carb chocolate/peanut butter ice cream with whipped cream

8:10 PM (snack): TJ's handful dry roasted almonds

5:25 PM (snack): 1 oz. Gentleman Jack

Dinner: two grilled sirloin patties, 1 tbsp srirach ranch, two grilled jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese and cheddar, steamed broccoli slaw, coffee with heavy cream
