Lunch: tuna salad (most of a can of tuna, 2 hard-boiled eggs, mayo, cabbage), 1/4 bar Montezuma's Absolute Black

3:50 PM (snack): 1/4 cup roasted, salted macadamias

7:13 PM (before dinner): 73
Dinner: grilled Amylu sausage, grilled Louisian hot, grilled TJ's veggie Masala patty, coffee with heavy cream
9:10 PM: 106

Then snack: 2 oz. cinnamon vodka

Average for the day: 101

Dinner: 2 oz. Cupcake vanilla vodka, grilled NY steak, grilled asparagus, mixed berries with whipped cream and meringue

Dinner: grilled chuck fajitas (beef, roasted onions and bell peppers, sour cream, guacamole, shredded cheese), coffee with heavy cream, "Enlightened" salted caramel ice cream bar (17 grams carbs, of which 5 are fiber and 6 erythritol, which doesn't affect my blood sugar--the other six are, in fact, cane sugar, but I wanted to see what would happen)
