Breakfast: avocado, Louisiana hot, TJ's Tuscan kale, coffee

12:48 PM (before lunch): 89
Lunch: salad (leftover steak, Manchego cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, basil pesto), 1/4 bar Montezuma's Absolute Black

6:07 PM (before dinner): 97
Dinner: strips of steak sauteed with onions, peppers, and mushrooms, 2 slices of pepperjack, 1/4 cup unsalted mixed nuts
7:53 PM: 121

Then snack: Enlightened mint/chocolate swirl ice cream bar, coffee with heavy cream

10:18 PM: 107

Average for the day: 109

Lunch: 1/4 cup Royal Hawaiian sea salt macadamias, 1 cup Alta Dena 2% cottage cheese, 1 oz. Gentleman Jack

3:49 (before snack): 105
Snack: 1/4 bar Montezuma's Absolute Black

6:37 PM (before dinner): 93
Dinner: grilled NY steak, grilled asparagus and mushrooms, salad (lettuce, grape tomatoes, Manchego), 1 slice Ann Marie's sugarfee chocolate marble loaf (friends came over for dinner and brought it with them), 5 oz. Tempranillo, coffee with heavy cream
10:00 PM: 121

Then snack: low-carb chocolate/pb ice cream with whipped cream

Lunch: Seasons boneless, skinless sardines in olive oil, 1/4 bar Montezuma's Absolute Black, TJ's handful dry roasted almonds, 1 oz. pork rinds

6:30 PM (before dinner): 94
Dinner: pepperoni/Manchego omelet, salad (lettuce, Swiss cheese, leftover grilled asparagus, olive oil), Enlightened mint chip swirl bar
9:06 PM: 111

Average for the day: 107
