Snack: thinkThin brownie crunch protein bar (our daughter left a bunch of them after her last visit; there are 20 grams of carbs, but they're all sugar alcohols).

Mid-afternoon snack: 1/4 cup roasted, salted, macadamias

Dinner: chicken and veggie stirfry, egg cream

Then snack: 1/4 cup unsalted, mixed nuts
