Low-Carb Daily Diet, Revisited
For the reasons stated in my last post in"The lower-fat experiment", I am rekindling a low-carb daily diet thread. All are invited to join.

I've always enjoyed your posts. Just wondered if your lower fat diet showed any change in your cholesterol numbers ?

Thanks. I know it's anecdotal but it is helpful to know what changes people have made and how it affected them. After I had been LCHF for about 6 months I had heard how so many had super cholesterol numbers and decided to quit taking a Statin. My numbers for cholesterol and triglycerides skyrocketed. I decided to stick it out for a while and saw gradual improvement and after about two years my cholesterol numbers are not bad at all. I guess my body just is slow to change. :smile2:
