I have some metal fluted bowls that you put the tortilla in and bake it. You then get crispy tortillas salad bowls.

If you don't have special bowls, you can turn over a muffin tin and put your tortillas in that to make crispy tortillas salad bowls.

I have some, Mama Lupe's from Netrition that are only 2 g carb per tortilla...I ordered them. Or the idea of making them from cheese is a great one. That works, by the way...I've done it.
