Tonight, I'm going to have a piece of haddock that's slightly coated in garlic and herbs. I bought several boxes of it and will probably be having it every night. It's okay but I really want pizza with all the toppings.

Last night was grilled ribeye, cauliflower mash with bacon and cheddar, with fresh green beans! We were celebrating anniversary #45. We're both pretty tolerant, laid back people, but my husband says we've stayed together because we both like crazy people.

I'm cooking a whole chicken in the air fryer. I'm not yet sure what sides we'll have.

Do you like your air fryer?

It's still fairly new and it seems to do chicken really well. We've done chicken wings and a whole chicken. Bacon and hamburgers were not so good! They tasted good, but smoked up the house so that we had to open a window.

I've been having wraps made with a new product I found at Kroger. Crystal Farms Cheese Wraps
http://crystalfarmscheese.com/cheese-wraps/
Both Mozzarella and Marble Cheddar have 0 carbs and 6 grams of fat. I like the Mozzarella best, but both are good. Also, the mozzarella seems to wrap better.
Their website has some ideas I may try for tostados, tacos, and pinwheel wraps.
I see from their website that they are available at Walmart also.

Thanks for posting this, I've been using the low carb tortillas (4-6 grams carbs). Will have to try.

I made a tuna salad last night with sugar free pickle relish and a boiled egg. I don't know why I don't do this more often?
