I think BH called it Lavash crackers. She made them yesterday and I may mess up what it is, but I think she showed me a package of Joseph's Lavash bread. Looks like about a foot square tortilla. She cut it up into rectangular shaped pieces (about the size of club crackers) brushed with olive oil, sprinkled with spices and baked. Not bad, not too crisp and not too soft, and the carb count is low, I think it was 4 grams per half a lavash. I'll try to post a correction if this is wrong info, more detail, and where she got it after I get home.

That's what I snack on too! I measure an oz of smokehouse almonds and put them in a baggie and bring to work for my 2:00 break

I think the tequila and pecans I'm having this morning is probably healthier than the Coors and Chips Ahoy cookies I snacked on when I was 19. "With age comes wisdom" may be questionable in my case.

Sometimes, I'll snack on an Adkins Lemon Bar. It is not a meal replacement, but it does satisfy my craving when I want to snack .
