Sometimes it can be challenging to come up with low carb ideas for snacks, so what are you snacking on today?

Please feel free to share a picture if you would like to do so!

Every now and then I get a sweet tooth at night. (As I have tonight!)

A big spoonful of peanut butter seems to take care of the craving.

Last night I got the cravings for something with a bit of 'crunch' to it. I munched on some Fried Pork Rinds dipped in Salsa....boy was that ever good!

Killed the munchies quickly it did...!

I just started having a spoon full of peanut butter. I can't really eat celery unless it's been scraped and that's too much work for me LOL

  • 1/4 cup of nuts (dry roasted, salted macadamia nuts are a favorite, but it's often TJ's "Just a handful of dry roasted almonds," 1/4 cup mixed nuts, or 1/4 cup of walnut halves and pieces)
  • 1 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate (usually Ghirardelli's, but I search out Montezuma's Absolute Black 100% cacao with cocoa nibs, when it's at Trader Joe's)
  • A slice or two of cheese
  • An ounce or two of pepperoni slices
  • A cup of coffee with a tablespoon (or two) of heavy cream
  • 3/4 oz. pork rinds
  • Small container (1 cup) cottage cheese
  • A big spoonful of Skippy Extra Crunchy
  • Celery sticks

Okay, it's not the best solution, but it replaces my lunch and it's what I was craving.
