Default what to do with your Old bundt pan
since I stopped making cakes, I have a new use for it. roasting chicken.

What is below it? In the first picture I thought it was baby potatoes, but can't figure out in the second one?

the first pic has potato & carrots under it.
Mine doesn't lol just plain ole bird rubbed down with butter & herbs.

I'd hoped you had done something wonderful with the drippings...hmmm. Still a clever idea...gotta try it soon!

oh those drippings are put to good use by my 2 puppers lol they know when I roast chicken they get the rewards.
