Default "7and2" Rule

My diabetes nutritionist back in 2003 explained to me that if I have 7 meals then 1 or 2 bad meals, I'll probably not experience a high blood glucose.

It is a nice thought, but I understand that it is total BS.

Yet, I've remembered this because there are definitely days where this seems to be true. Like last weekend...


Last saturday( after keto for 5 days), I ate a tub of ice cream, then sunday I had some icecream cake at my neice's birthday party..

...monday morning, I tested ZERO ketones, then monday noon, I tested positive for ketones. WTF? I think my meter might be broken LOL

700 and 1 doesn't work for me.I just proved it to myself this week at Branson.
