Hmm. Wouldn't be a problem for me. :bounce:

Thanks Cassie. Is the monk fruit sweetener a 1:1 replacement for sugar? That will help me figure out how to convert how much stevia to put it. Or I can have BH place an order for the monk fruit sweetener with the Swerve.

Yes. The Monkfruit is a 1:1 sugar replacement.

3/4 cup of Bourbon is around 6-7 ounces!!! LOL

26 ounces would knock you on your ass!!!

I didn't say I had to do it all at once. LOL, but I have. It's been a long time since I have, and I remember the after effects feeling as being awful, but it was something to brag about as a teen. I don't remember the bourbon as being as bad as the Mad Dog 20-20 though.

I had to deal with my sweet tooth yesterday. I was invited to dinner at a friend's house. The husband is a chef & he makes Tiramisu that he's proud of & I can't resist; besides, he'd get insulted if I didn't have some.
I had a slice & took extra insulin.
And had a pleasant dream about it last night...
