I know many people do eat fermented foods regularly. If you do, what do you eat, and are you seeing any health benefits from them?
I found an article on WebMD which covers the current positive claims those who promote fermented foods, and the somewhat skeptical position of "science" which they admit may have difficult measuring these things. https://www.webmd.com/food-recipes/news/20170213/could-fermented-foods-boost-your-health#1
I trying to see if I can introduce fermented foods into my diet, given that I can't use dairy-based resources and am not fond of kefir. Does anyone know if raw apple cider vinegar is considered a fermented food?
