Thanks for the update, vernag! That's a bunch of good news. So many of us have figured out low carb is the way to go for issues even beyond diabetes. Wishing you continued success as you keep at it!

I really have no choice. I am taking Metformin now and i want off them but if we did not follow a low carb diet and stick with it we are only hurting ourselves. I do not want to have to take shots either.
