Default Yum Yum Sauce

Found a wonderful alternative to French dressing (for my evening salad). Terry Hoís Yum Yum Sauce!! Itís got 5 carbs & 17 fats per 2 Tbsp. Can be found in the oriental section of your big-box grocery store. While I love my salads, the French dressing was a carb killer.

I remember as a kid making French dressing with Ketchup and Mayonnaise - it was a nice thing to have if your BGs were running low.

I was pleasantly surprised to find Marie's Buttermilk Ranch in the produce / cool section.
2 tbsps
1 G carb
16 G fat
1 G sugar
5 mg cholesterol
it is high in sodium 260 mg

Please don't tell me it's bad. Took a while to find a low Carb that I like

Heh, that was the ONLY dressing we had growing up. I didn't know there were others.

Add pickle relish and you have Thousand Islands dressing. These days, I add dill weed and a sweetener - more heavy on the mayo and light on the ketchup. Although, there is a dill pickle relish with no sugar that's good in it also.
