I have seen enough improvement with this one, that I decided to try another brand in capsules and a higher dosage. I am such a guinea pig! LOL
I ended up buying Jarrow powdered l-glutamine.
1/2 tsp = 2g
I'm taking a 1/2 tsp twice a day... for now, and see how it goes. I went for the powder because I take so many supplements that it seems preferable to drink it than to swallow four more capsules. I mix it in lime flavored water - yum.
Hoping I see reduction of cravings and better will power.
