Pretty interesting article What's Really Behind the Plant Based Diet Agenda.

I'll have to read more about this, as much as they have tinkered with plant foods and many changes not good for the end users health, now they are going to mess with meats, and I thought soy burgers were bad.

You're seeing a number of fast food franchises already advertising plant based sausage and burgers. Not sure if they are trying to create a demand or meet (sorry for the pun lol) the demand - I suspect their fake meat products are cheaper wholesale thus increasing their profit margins if demand grows.

Think I'll have a nice sirloin steak tonight! It will have minimal impact on my BGs, tastes great, it will help me keep the weight off and I'll be supporting a local farmer.
