Closest Aldis shows to be 83 miles away, and nothing new with their current expansion is coming any closer.

Even farther for me--guess I'll wait for Trader Joe's to open. We also like the Trader Joe's Everyday Seasoning that comes in its own grinder jar.
I did look at the Aldi's ad and love the name of their seasoning. It's called "Who needs the bagel?"

This is for the person who really doesn't feel like cooking.

(All in one pan)
- Great Value Seasoned Sirloin Philly Steak
- Pictsweet Farms® Recipe Helper 3 Color Pepper & Onion Strips
- Beef Fajita seasoning
- Melted provolone cheese over the meat.

My Chaffles
- Eggs
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Squirt of mayonnaise
- A tiny amount of baking powder
- Walnut flour

I think this is my favorite Chaffle so far. I blended the ingredients in my NutriBullet (including the cheese) and used walnut flour. This was freaking amazing.

This one was for my son. I added some G Hughes Smokehouse Sugar-Free BBQ Sauce to mine.

Chaffles have so overtaken my diet that I've no clue how I could go back to BC (before chaffles). That looks amazing!

Question. What is the main difference you taste (or is it texture?) when adding mayo and a nut flour? I tried it and maybe because of the tasty innards, just egg and mozzarella seemed pretty much the same to me. Like you, mozzarella is now my go-to cheese because the chaffles don't come out as oily as with other cheeses.

Confession. I have two mini Dashes on a silicon mat on my counter. Permanent fixtures. Because, you know, so I can make both at the same time and not delay my meal by a couple of minutes

I have 2 on the counter as well, along with their mini griddle. LOL

I actually ordered this because I make sandwiches for me and my son frequently. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07BTQGBFW/

I honestly can't explain the difference for me, beyond I prefer the texture. I play with the recipe constantly. Eventually, I will settle on one.

Oh, in case you miss pizza.
