Default Paleo Bread

I'm sure many of you know about this, but I just recently discovered this almond-based bread when a local grocery store started carrying it. It comes in the frozen section.

To me it's been a game changer. It's wonderful toasted and spread with cream cheese.

I'm hearing positive things about a "keto bread" at Aldi stores, if you have any near you. It's been in some stores already (not in ours) and it's supposed to be rolled out nationally as a regularly-stocked item. What I read is that the taste is ... well ... not much but the texture is pretty decent. I'll try it when I see it at our local Aldi.

Now with less sugar!
