Default Found a Diabetic Friendly Snack

I was shopping today, looking for something to snack on that was low carb, and I found Parm Crisps near the salads at the end of the produce aisle in Walmart.

https://parmcrisps.com/

They are baked parmesan cheese and not much else.

They're delicious. They're also very easy to make.

I bought some Parm Crips the other day. They are very good once you get past the cheesy smell. I bought the sour cream. I want to try the sesame flavor.

I bought some, and I ate them with a mashed avocado.

That may be what BH has been buying. She likes them, I haven't tried them yet. I bet they are good.

For the sweet tooth, the Slim Fast Keto things are pretty good. They have a peanut butter cup and a caramel nut cluster that have been easy on me. Haven't tried the bars yet. But $10 a box, makes them not not habit forming.

Those are good. Mildly addicting.

Aldi sells some equivalent snacks but I prefer the thicker Whisps. Aldi's also (strangely) are also a dollar more expensive per package.

I've been buying those every since I read about them in the Women's World magazine. They are expensive, but they last me about a week. I usually eat one at 10 and another one at 2. My favorite is the nut cluster
