I use Humalog to fill my pods. I do keep pens of Humalog and Lantus on hand for back up. I even know how to draw Humalog out of the pens for my pods if need be.
180 this morning, 84 last night before bed. Thanks to you again, Marsha! I don't mind switching meter/strips and also don't see any great reason to use the very expensive Novolog instead of humalog. I actually can buy Bayer Contour strips cheaper on Amazon than my insurance co-pay, anyway. I like the little Bayer meter with the USB plug because I can read its color screen more easily, but that's not a huge deal.

We're off to the endo's education center this morning to get started and so my wife can learn how to use the glucagon kit.

Good morning everybody! It's chilly in Alabama this morning. I woke to a 92. Headed to the dentist. Wish me luck!

146 this morning. Been on Metformin every morning since July. Have been working hard to control carb intake (under 50 g / day) for a couple of weeks. Bought some test strips from Ebay so I can test more often than my insurance plan will allow.

Been in my usual range the last couple I'd days. 106 today and 104 yesterday.

Not sure how much I'll be tracking here for the next couple of days. I'm working on a post for my personal blog for Wednesday, my first anniversary for DX.

I wonder if I should have used last Monday since that was when what I thought was the flu started. Guess we know how that one went huh? Lol
