Good day all
A 5.5(99) for me today. That's after an 8.5 (153) at bed time.
Even a small bit of lasagna is bad for me.

Fbg is 159!
Is that crazy or what? Those numbers just will not do!
Insulin reaction in the night, corrected w/o testing, couldn't get out of bed, or more honestly was too dang lazy, I'm thinking I over corrected.

D gremlins are just mucking w me, cause I was so proud of my minor
accomplishments.
Guess they snapped my attitude back around. Grumble grumble,

95 (5.3) this morning, but I didn't take it right when I got up. I was on the phone with my son then had to do some shipping. By the time I remembered, I had been up a hour and a half or more. It was fasting, but on its way up because I waited too long to eat. Bedtime was 100 (5.6) took last prednisone this am. Thank goodness for that, maybe my numbers will settle down now.

Still set for labs next week at this point......

I'm in a hotel so I don't have my LCHF stocked kitchen. Seafood is good here (Monterey, California) but wherever I go they bring me potatoes or rice (I don't eat it) hahaha. Anyway, the good news is about 40 days after LCHF the nurse checked my A1c its 6.0 down from 6.7 and I expect to be in the 5's next time.

Tim, this works for me...I just ask the waiter if they have a substitute for the potatoes/rice like a green veg and if they will give it to me. All most all the time they agree at no extra cost.

Good luck, oh and I ask for more butter all the time,
