121?!? What the heck? Could it've been the cashews I had for dinner? I mean like my WHOLE dinner. I ate almost a cup of 'em thinking they were basically carb-free.

Cashews are very high in carbs, especially in starch and also sugar. Net carbs are about 27 gms in a small serving of 100 gms

Tamagno are you looking for pictures of Durban-KZN or is there a place Durbin? I havent tried posting a pic, but would like to assist if I can. I hope you feel better and I noticed that your numbers have come down

I wouldn't call 100g a small serving, but your point's well taken. Next time I'll look at the nutrition info before diving into a new food.

All this talk about nuts reminded me I need to put macadamias on my grocery lit!

Cashews are brutal, as you found out! Macadamias are twice the fat and half the carbs - at least one addiction that doesn't seem to affect my bg!

5.8 for me.

I don't consider cashews and peanuts to be high carb in the quantities I eat, and also I'm at 100g of carbs per day so I can stand some carbs in my snacks.
