217 this morning. Bad night sleeping with nightmares. Woke up with a headache so I expected a very low number this morning - so much for that theory.

I call shinannigans! Changed to a new meter yesterday and I "felt" Luke it was reading high compared to the accu-check. Today I'm almost certain.

Shows me at a 110 (6.1)! Of all the balderdash!

Good thing is I dropped two pounds yesterday! Yah!

Bad thing is its still in my window. Boo!

Oh well, have a good start to the weekend everyone and enjoy your Friday.

Good day all

5.1 this morning.

6.2 last night after a seafood salad. An orange just before bedtime.

Up until I swapped meters I hadn't had a FBG over 99 in over a week so I would say it was.

Hmmm. Just remembered something. I just had steak and celery root "mashed potatoes" last night for dinner. Nothing special. Started at 98 and one hour was 109. Not bad. But I had a full pound steak. Maybe my FBG today is a protein kick?
