83 for me this morning.

Yesterday I crashed into bed at 7 PM and got up this morning at 6:30. Nearly 12 hours of much needed sleep

5.5 for me this morning.

5.7 last night after two lamb chops & a boiled egg and one small orange.
a handful of peanuts.

not much of a meat eater but do now for the protein.
I can do better with the number though.

A 109 this morning. That would be a 6.1 at the Olympics and not good enough for a medal.
