My spikes are still around 7-7.9, regardless of what I do. I'd begun to think that the sulfonurea that was prescribed for me is doing SFA to control my levels, so I have dumped it... and guess what... no difference after 4 days of not having it. Its all about the diet... :-/ (and the metformin)

Didn't feel like doing much for dinner tonight. Had a no bread sandwich and a salad with blue cheese and some fixins on it that we usually get from our local grocery store. The salad's never been a problem, but apparently it was tonight. 240 pp. Blew my streak of staying under 200 for several days in a row.

Something in a 7 gram LC wrap that didn't like me, and sent me to 255 after breakfast. This sucks so bad.

Oh! I hate it when that happens.. You intend all the right things and you think you are safe. You're proud of yourself for your choices... And Bam! Someone makes a mistake with your order or some food is tainted with something your body can't handle. I'm so sorry, Mary. Hang in there. (Hugs)
