CJ, that is a hoot! Thanks for my morning giggle! Perfect for a lovely rainy morning while sending mbuster his rain (Issac's) along.

Bring it on. Even at risk of getting sicker, I may have to go out and dance in it.

The question remains if the decision included the cost of the ear piece they said wasn't in the purse?

The settlement is apparently paid for by the show. I once saw a beautiful show where the daughter was suing her father for negligence in the care of the grand daughter, resulting in a $1200 hospital bill.

It was the only time I ever peeked at that show and neither party was angry at each other. The hope really was that Judge Judy would rule against the father so that the mother could pay the bill. Judge Judy did and both sides were happy. Read the first sentence...the show pays the judgement.

And it's vintage Judge Judy . . . she often played (or plays - is she still on?) little tricks like that to elicit information when either plaintiff or defendant would be less than forthcoming with the truth. That's a riot!

Judge Judy didn't have to play any tricks on that fool. I'll bet he's the kind that would post illegal exploits on YouTube...
