Default Can I stop mail notification?

Hi. Nothing obvious to me on the profile to switch this off. I check all new postings every day withouth getting dozens of emails, which kind of bugs me.

Thanks for any help, I'm probably looking straight at it...

The forum can send a message to your email address to inform you when someone sends you a private message.
Receive Email Notification of New Private Messages

Im not sure if your speaking of private messages..however i suspect when someone replies with quote the system may see that as a private message

try unchecking this under edit options. I believe its on by default

If that fails remove your email address then it will have NO PLACE to send notifications too
