I miss milk the most, especially iced coffee flavoured mikl. Cold coffee is just not the same. So it will probably be my downfall. Milk used to be 2/3 of my diet before the wakeup call. One meal, lot of milk.

I agree with some things you say. I did not even 'cheat' on my birthday. I was treated out to some very fancy food, but stuck to the program. However there are times when I just want that extra bit of LC fruit, then my number rises to the 6's. I havent seen 7's of late, maybe once in a month, then I know and get extra careful.
