The Kid's gotten two additions to her daily cocktail, recently:

PQQ and now NAC. There was a study published in May or April about NAC and autism symptomology ... ack!

Not sure how many more I can add, before she REVOLTS! Not funny ...

Marty are you getting ready for the next Olympics? Seems like you getting some ideas from the fitness junkies.

No you see a few short years ago before I was Dxed with D, I was freakishly strong. Like pick up the front end of a VolksWagon strong. After a couple bouts of DKA it did something to my strength. I've gotten about 60% of it back and trying to pursue the last 40%. After this heart surgery any little illness or stress leaves me even weaker. I got the wife convinced to join a gym, maybe start next week some time.

Insulin resistance has a lot to do with Mitochondrial functions of the cell, the GPLC is suppose to help drive glucose and lipids into the Mitochondria.
