Default Smaller protein portions

My experiment with smaller protein porions seems to be working. Only a very small rise last night after my language class which has been giving a larger rise, although not aweful. Will see what happens with the gym this afternoon.

Also my FBGs have been lower too. Yesterday a little too low for comfort so last night I dropped my Lantus from 12 units to 11 units and this morning had a FBG of 4.1. I was a little hungry yesterday so will lift my fats a little today but so far this is looking hopeful.

Shanny and Patdart like this.

Thanks for the update Hillary. Just curious, what do you consider too low for comfort?

I was 3.7 which gives me no symptons but I wouldn't like to wake up very much lower. My targe is under 5.

So I think that equates to about 66 mg/dl. Yeah I'd consider it too low for comfort as well.
