I'm on the smallest dose according to the doctor, so I shall just not be concerned about it. I've always had a fast HB, cardiologist says I had rheumatoid fever as a child, but my mother had a fit and said I never did, so that's just a part of me.

The big question is how do you feel. Are you able to get up and out of bed in the morning. Is your energy level adequate for your wanted activities. Wife was barely able to move and was extremely exhausted all day long. She was suffering adrenal fatigue though, low T3, Low T4, low Cortisol. SHe was put on Armour Thyroid, Wilson's treatment, and had Adrenal fatigue IV's every 2 weeks. She was also given cortisol 20mg a day. It really changed her life.

I do feel better...I'll have a chat with my endo about this info. She's really an internist, with a couple of other board cert's who really is into alternative meds as well. She can do the research into it for me. I know when she first did my blood work, my morning cortisol was a shock to her...as I recall it was high and dropped all day. Thanks for the info. I'd love a good site on Wilson's as I found several but somehow wasn't convinced of their authenticity. Seems to me that Mayo's said there was no such thing.

Cortisol should be highest in the mornings and decline all day till night time. Wife did a 24hr saliva cortisol curve and was found that hers was the lowest in the morning and built up during the day and night, which meant sleeping was out of the question. She had become a night person, wouldn't fall asleep until 4-5am and sleep till 10-11am.

There is a compounding pharmacy out west that makes the T3 in increasing increments just for the Wilson's treatment and had really good literature about it. Can't remember the name but I got a few bottles left of the T3 will read the name tonight when I go home and let you know.
