Default Can you givr me a tip?

Every day I walk by my neighborhood just for mame the gluncose stay down. Almost every day,before I walk,my glucose is over 50,so i drink some sugar with water and go walk.The problem is that when I come back my gluvose e over 200...
What should I do?
(sorry the poor English,I'm Brazilian)

Sorry,I mistoke..its not over,its less than.I drink it 'cause of its 50,60 etc

I still don't understand why you would want to drink sugar water. There's no need for a diabetic to ever eat or drink sugary foods. Are you on insulin? Fixing a hypo would be the only reason for sugar. If you're going too low, then put off your exercise or else eat something like cheese or nuts to bring it back up. Obviously the sugar water is raising it way too much.

When its less than 80 the endocrinologist said thats good to eat sugar foods or drinks just for dont pass out.My neighbor died because his glucose went to 35 and he didnt have some sugar..

You are in Brazil and you're using mg/dl to measure your blood sugar?

Yes and i use NPH and Humalog insulins

Hopefully some Bolus/Basal users will come along and help you with this. Are you using a prescribed amount of insulin not based on your carb intake.

It sounds like you are using too much insulin and then fixing that with the sugar which then needs more insulin and the spiral will turn into a tornado. Tornados do serious damage.
Speak to your doc but I would think reducing the insulin and avoiding the sugar and carbs would be a much calmer better way to do this.
