Default Miracle Noodles

Hey everybody ...

I'd like to share these with those who aren't already aware. They're called Miracle Noodles and they're absolutely incredible.

If you love eating pasta, or especially Asian inspired noodle dishes such as Pho or Singapore Noodles you'll LOVE these. I'm an Asian food junkie and I was thrilled to find these.

I have prob'ly a dozen bags of these in various shapes - mostly rice. I've never noticed any effect on lower bowel function. Perhaps in higher portions they have a laxative effect, but this is the first I've heard of it. MCS has been cooking with glucomannan - you havin' any explosive results over there, Marty?

I can't wait to start experimenting with these. I put an Italian meat sauce on them tonight and was very impressed. They're very much like Thai glass noodles if you're familiar with that texture. Very impressed. Checked my meter 1 hour after .... absolutely no issues.

Party on!

I like 'em okay, but I don't try to use them like wheat pasta and I don't make them the focus of the dish. They fail miserably at being ordinary spaghetti. As twoputt says, they're more like glass or other Asian noodles. Don't expect them to be like spaghetti & meatballs at the corner diner.

I use these noodles and rice a lot, at least once a week. Shanny is very right, don't expect them to be like wheat pasta at all. They are definitely more like Asian noodles and work really well in Asian and Thai dishes.

I have never noticed any gastrointestinal issues with them at all. And one really great side effect is my bg is always lower the next morning after eating them for dinner.
