Good luck! Fortunately you're armed with knowledge unlike so many of her other patients ...

Good luck. We're in the same boat. I was asked to come in every 2 months, which annoys me. My med-ins covers 4 visits pa. I dont feel the need to see him so often and as Moon says, we are better equipped.

Im due for a visit this week and stalling. I dont want to hear about that statin, it becomes tiresome.

It is too bad that the person who is supposed to be helping is the cause of so much anxiety and dread... I have the same issue with my doctor(s) and avoid seeing them until I am forced to.

*HUG* I hope it goes better than you expect.

My doctor tested my CRP. Since it wasn't elevated, she backed off on pushing statins. Maybe you could ask your doctor about that?

Good Luck. Stand your ground. Remember it is your body, you have the right to choose what you do and don't put into it.

I echo kantim... They are there to assist you, not dictate and worse, condescend to you as if you don't know your own body. Good luck!
