Default Exercise and higher bg???

It's happened twice consecutively and hence am posting this question. Soon after dinner, I walk on my treadmill at a moderate speed (5 to 6 km per hour) for 30 min. My bg seems to be higher than what it would have been if I had not exercised. For example yesterday I had a 106 and today a 124 while I have had these foods before for dinner and have been atleast 10 points lesser. Working out at night seems to lower my fasting number and hence I prefer this time. Anyone faced a similar issue?

Sometimes mine goes up and sometimes goes down. Yesterday's bike ride was little change in BG before and after, rode before supper. This morning was a big drop. Probably due to glycogen store being abundant or not prior to exercise. .

Must have have depleted some of it with DP this morning. Didn't check fasting this morning but was 137 two hours PP after breakfast. Then had a homemade electrolyte drink with blackstrap molasses and had 142 before I started riding 45 minutes later. After ride I was an 83.

Think I've had this since 2003. Told I was Type 2 lean on 2/13/12.
