I make my own PB. In fact, I believe I posted a recipe here at some point. I rarely eat PB now however as I don't really have anything to put it on and it's still a bit too carby for me.

It's wonderful on Optimist's crackers!

By the way, anyone know where she is or if she's okay?

I was wondering the same. And honestly, there are quite a few older members that I truly miss since they stopped frequenting this forum. I hope they are all truly well and that they know we miss them.

Linda, I thought this was a contest of sorts. Let's Make a Deal type of thing! I say don't open the jar...take what's behind Door #2! However, I see you've already opened it and got the booby prize so enjoy that "peanut butter"!

It's the nature of the Forum - the early days are when you really need support. As time passes life regains its priority!

But, she was in 'shaky' health when she disappeared. I agree that many members leave with no goodbye's, but she seemed such a solid member.

I absolutely agree! And I really do think it's time for Optimist's crackers v. 2!

I know nothing about this product and even less about what "natural roasted peanut flavor" is. Sure I don't know what 1/2 the ingredients are but that one sounds strange
