Eating bacon without guilt is possibly the best thing ever about LCHF. Macadamia nuts are a great snack, for chewy I like beef jerky. Optimist crackers are absolutely great and my family prefers them to any store bought.

it is indeed difficult.

best to stop the sugars cold turkey. think of them as poison (which they are for us anyway)
