Default LADAs cannot WIN ...

Okay, LOSING weight is still a win of sorts ... but part of me was hoping I could get away with less insulin, because of it, too. Sniff.

Off my fat fast, trying to do a SLOW protein add-back. So this morning, CO coffee, a fakeburger with 3 g carb and 15 g protein ... 2 U Novolog ... and at 12:30 1 oz of almonds, 2 g carb, no idea the protein, no bolus. Came home, hungry as a horse ... and at 4:00, my BG is 134, or should I SAY, !#$ ?

DANG. 4U with my 2-egg omelet with 4 oz cauli, 1 oz parmesan. I better not hypo ...

So anyhow, yeah, half time I HOPE it is IR that I could minimize, the other half that it is deficiency ... I CANNOT win. Bummer.

Awww ...

On the other hand, my last feed of the day is: one chocolate peanut butter fat bomb (tastes like a pb cup!), AND A cup of coffee with 2 TBS cream and amaretto SF syrup! Making me feel better ... :-D

Is that chocolate peanut butter fat bomb in Dana Carpender's fat fast cookbook? Sounds good.

Kinda, but OF COURSE I changed a few things, so my version is not copyrighted ...

1/4 c PB
1/4c CO
1/4 c BUTTER
1 square chocolate
Microwave all together till melted then add
1T Erythritol
1 T Vanilla (or other) splenda syrup
dash salt if your butter is not salted (mine IS!) for that authentic PB cup taste.

I put mine in a (Wilton) silcone candy mold, 1 TBS poured into each cup. A serving is then 2 pieces ... 200 kcal.

And darn it, I found it too late, but I will tomorrow!

Did you put the recipe in the recipe section?

I LOVE that one!

I did weigh in this morning, barely 150, despite my BG struggles ... so not retaining much water, at least!
