'Making' your own yogurt is just mixing stuff - mixing cream with plain greek yogurt (not non-fat or low-fat) and a splash of vanilla or sugar-free syrup. That's it!

No cheesecloth or straining required ... just in case you decide to brave it in the future ...

Thanks! I read somewhere that its 1 hour from end of the meal and 2 hours from start of the meal

We make our yogurt differently. We use whole fat milk and heat it up and let it cool down till its just lukewarm. Then add a spoonful of yogurt (store bought plain unflavored yogurt) and mix it in the milk and just let it be untouched for 8-9 hours. If weather is a little cool, it make take 12-13 hours. Then put it in the refrigirator. For the first time we use the store bought yogurt and then we just use leftover homemade yogurt to make fresh one.
