Thumbs up Product Review: Parmesan “Crackers”

I picked up several boxes of “crackers” made of baked parmesan from Kitchen Table Bakers 2g total crabs per serving, 3 crackers per serving (fairly large crackers), 1g fiber, 6g fat, 6g protein. Ingredients are cheese, salt and herbs that is it.
I found them to be the best cheese crisp style crackers I have had, consistent crunch, not stale or chewy, very strong they hold dips well and don’t fall apart when you bite them. I was very impressed They are pretty expensive I think maybe $6 a box, each box contains around 18-20 crackers, I could only eat 3 -4 at time since they are pretty rich in flavor but its enough to cure a snack craving, I have taken them on 2 road trips and that has worked out well.

I may put some on my next Netrition order, but I make my own from shredded Parm from Sam's currently. I really like them!

These are good. A friend got them for me when we went away one weekend, but they're too financially rich for my blood. If they were cheaper, I'd be all over 'em like white on rice.

I just make my own crackers by baking parmesan on a silicone baking mat. Is it about the same as home made parmesan crackers or do they have something else going for them?

I couldnt get my homemade ones to be a consistant thickness, I aslo had trouble with cruch, mine were too chewy. These are perfectly round, and even thickness with a good crunch. With enough trial and error I am sure you could replicate, I just didnt have success my first few attempts
